Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 100ml Greek yogurt or quark
  • 80ml oats
  • ½ banana
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add egg and Greek yogurt to your MyBlend 3.
  • Add oats, banana, baking powder and salt.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Cook small pancakes in a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
  • Flip carefully when the edges start to set.
Tip: Keep the pancakes small — they are easier to flip and get a better texture.
