Protein Pancakes
A more filling pancake recipe with oats, egg and Greek yogurt. Easy, simple and made for a breakfast that actually keeps up.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 100ml Greek yogurt or quark
- 80ml oats
- ½ banana
- ½ tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add egg and Greek yogurt to your MyBlend 3.
- Add oats, banana, baking powder and salt.
- Blend until smooth.
- Cook small pancakes in a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
- Flip carefully when the edges start to set.
Tip: Keep the pancakes small — they are easier to flip and get a better texture.
