Apple Cinnamon Oat Smoothie
Half an apple, a pinch of cinnamon and some oats blended into something that genuinely resembles apple crumble in a glass. Takes five minutes in your MyBlend. The kind of thing that makes a slow morning feel intentional without actually requiring much effort at all.
Ingredients
- ½ apple, cut into pieces
- 100 ml oat milk
- 125 ml natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- a few ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your MyBlend.
- Blend until the apple and oats are completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Tip: Use a very ripe apple for natural sweetness. Depending on how sweet your apple is you may not need the honey at all.
